SHIPPING POLICY
Once it has left my hands and into the post office box I have no control over what happens to your package.
I will provide tracking numbers and check for delivery confirmation, but in the unlikely event your product does not make it to you- email ifuscommissions@gmail.com and I can see what I can do about replacements/refunds!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
With proof of missing product or damages from the postal service I use, I will replace or refund your product.
If you misplace your digital file, email ifuscommissions@gmail.com and let me know your order # or forward me your receipt and I will send you a replacement file.
